We are a devoted congregation of the body of Christ, committed to fulfilling God’s will through the practice of New Testament Christianity. At Murphy Church of Christ, our mission is to love, serve, and glorify Him in all we do.
Community Outreach Programs:
We provide support to local organizations in their effort to help our community through difficult times: (1) REACH of Cherokee and Graham counties in their efforts to provide a safe haven and counseling of victims of domestic violence and provide assistance to families who are struggling to provide for their children. (2) Cherokee County Food Bank located in Andrews, NC. (3) Hurlburt-Johnson Homeless Shelter we provide items needed to support their efforts to provide for the homeless. (4) Meals on Wheels. (5) Toys for Tots annual donations. (6) Annual celebration of the birth of Christ sponsoring a booth at the "The Night in Bethlehem".
